This is a single-varietal white wine made from Albariño grapes, part of the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin. The grapes come from seven vineyard plots with trellised vines, approximately 40 years old. It is aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks and foudres with weekly batonnage. Subsequently, the wine is blended from the various plots, bottled, and allowed to rest. It is very aromatic and fruity, with a perfect balance between the sweetness of the fruit and the acidity.
