These trellised vineyards are located in the municipality of Oimbra, near the border with Portugal. The grapes are hand-harvested, with 60% of them destemmed and 40% left with their clusters intact. There is a 96-hour maceration at controlled temperatures. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 7 months before bottling.
