Its quality characteristics are evident in its flavor and hardness. It features dehydrated grains that absorb a greater amount of water during cooking, swelling more than other types of rice.

This is a natural product, as it is irrigated with clean and fresh waters, recently released from reservoirs. No chemical insecticides are used throughout its cultivation because there are no pests that affect the crop.
